Candidate Form - Submitting Your Data

You have nearly finished the form! The last part is to complete a liveness check to verify your identity, this will only take a few minutes.

1. Click on the ‘Submit data’ button
2. A pop up will appear to inform you that any references that you have advised us of will be contacted once you clicked the submit button
3. Once you have clicked submit you will be taken back to the home screen, click on the button that says ‘Verify’
4. A pop up will now appear asking you to click on the tick boxes to confirm that you agree to the statement of fair processing
5. At the bottom of this pop up select ‘yes’ or ‘no’ from the dropdown to confirm you understand the statement above and that you would like to continue with the form
6. Click on ‘Accept & continue’ if you wish to proceed with the verification
7. Once you have done this you will be taken to our data partner Mitek to complete the ID verification. Ensure you have your identity documents to hand to complete this check. Follow the steps within Mitek, once complete you can close this browser and return to the screening form
8. The homepage will now show that your form is complete and the checks are being processed
