Candidate Form - Giving consent to screen

To begin the candidate form, you need to provide consent for the processing of your information. You can do this by clicking the ‘sign consent form’ button.

- You consent to Secure Screening Services sharing your personal data with your employer/requesting organisation

- You consent to your references being contacted for your employment history verification
