How to access the Candidate Screening Form

If you have been requested to complete pre-employment screening checks you will receive an email from Secure Screening Services, the email will come from: hello@securescreeningservices.com. The email will contain a unique link that will allow you to access your online screening form. 

You do not need to create an account with Secure screening services in order to complete the screening and no log in is required. The link within the email is unique to you and will expire as soon as you have submitted the form.

To begin the form, click on the link within the email, once you have done this a web browser will open the online candidate form. Start the form by signing the consent form, and from there you can begin to complete the rest of the form page by page.
