Portal Overview

On the main portal dashboard you will find a wide range of useful information. Firstly, you'll be able to see the progress of your purchased screenings at the top of the page. You'll see the number of candidates, how many are in progress, how many of your candidates have passed and those that have failed to complete the screening. 

In this top banner you will also find the 'Dark Mode' option, and 'My Account'. 

The 'Dark Mode' toggle will switch the portal in to a darker aesthetic, should you prefer. 

Within 'My Account' you'll be able to view your profile and have the option to 'Log Out'.

Directly below the 'Screening Progress' section, is the search bar. Here, you can search your candidates by name, type of package or their status. 

Below the search bar, you'll be able to see all your candidates, the date you purchased their screening, their names, which package they are on and their status. 

The three-dots to the far right allows you to edit the candidate's name and email address. 

You can also manually start the screening process. This will change the candidate's status to 'Waiting Consent'. Once chosen, the options on the three-dot drop-down will be different - now you'll be able to 'View', 'Edit' or 'Resend'. 

The 'View' option will take you to a new screen, where you'll be able to see a breakdown of the candidate's screening, and each individual check's status. 

The 'Next' button in the top right will allow you to click through your candidates and their progress. 

Back on the main portal dashboard, you'll see four view options on the far left:

The 'Purchase' tab allows you to add candidates, purchase credits, apply any discount and checkout. Further information can be found here: Adding a Candidate & Purchasing Credits  

The 'Candidates' tab takes you back to the main, candidate home-screen.

The 'Packages' tab shows the list of available screening packages, as well as any bespoke packages. The page will show the package name, price, who created the package (us, or a member of your team), whether you have any credits registered against this package and whether you wanted the package to display as an available dropdown.

The option to create your own bespoke package is also located within the 'Packages' tab and can be accessed by clicking the 'Create Bespoke Package' button in the top right-hand corner. For further information on creating a bespoke package please read this article: Creating a Bespoke Package
