Purchasing Screening/ Adding a Candidate

To purchase a new screening, you need to select the 'Purchase' button on the left-hand side of your dashboard. 

Once selected, you'll be taken to a page where you can enter your candidates full legal name (no nicknames or shortened variations), and their email address. Next, select the type of package you would like from the dropdown list provided, alternatively you can choose to create your own custom screening package.

Once you've chosen your package, you need to choose how to pay.

If you have pre-purchased credits they will show in the drop down list when you go to the 'pay with' section. Alternatively, if you wish to pay by card you can do this by selecting 'card/On Account'.

There is a toggle next to the 'check out' button, allowing you to switch between paying with a credit card or on account. If you do not have a credit account facility this toggle switch will not be shown. If you would like to be able to purchase on account to pay by Invoice later, please contact us to discuss the criteria for credit accounts.

If you have one, there is also the option to input a 'Discount Code' for money off your final purchase amount. 

You can also add a Purchase Order (PO) Number or Reference for your invoice if need be. This will be displayed on the Invoice for your reference.

Pay by Credit Card

If you chose to pay by card, you will be met with a new form once you press 'Check Out'. 

Fill in your card details and your postcode and click 'Pay'.

Pay on Account

The process will be slightly shorter if you chose to pay on account or by credits. You will immediately be shown a completion pop-up once 'Check Out' is pressed. From there, you'll be able to view your purchased candidates or purchase more credits if you wish. 

Once purchases have been made you will receive a VAT invoice to you email address you registered with. If you paid on account this will show the amount due and the terms of payment.
