Using Credits

Once you have purchased credits, you can use them to buy screening packages. 

Once you have inputted the name and email of your candidate, you can choose the package you wish to purchase. If you want to pay with credits, you will need to make sure you choose the package you've purchased credits for. From the 'Pay With' dropdown menu, select 'Credit'. The menu will also show you the number of credits you have purchased for this package. 

Selecting the 'Credit' option will immediately change the cost total to zero - you have already paid for the package through the purchase of credits. Once selected, you can checkout by clicking the 'Check Out' button. This will show you a pop-up, window confirmation of your order, and presents you with the chance to purchase more credits.
