Screening Statuses - Explained
Purchased
The 'Purchased' status shows when you have a bought a screening package for your candidate. Click the three-dot menu at the end of the candidate's screening details to activate your candidate's screening, once activated an email will be sent to the candidate to start their screening form.
Waiting Consent
The 'Waiting Consent' status means that your candidate has received their screening email but is yet to start completing their screening form and has not yet signed the consent form.
Waiting for Candidate Data
The 'Waiting for Candidate Data' status means that the system is waiting for the candidate to fill out the screening form.
In Progress
The 'In Progress status means that your candidate has started to complete their screening form and the checks are being processed.
Action Required
In this instance, you may need to verify a candidate's document, complete a form or approve something. You can see the details of your candidate's package by clicking the three-dot icon, clicking view and it will take you to a breakdown of the screening. Here, you can identify which item it is that needs action.
Complete
A 'Complete' status will show once a candidate has uploaded all their documents, given all the necessary information or filled out all the correct forms.
Alert
Occasionally, something might be flagged for immediate attention in one of the checks. This will show as an 'Alert'. You will be able to see further detail of this alert once the screening report for the candidate has been published.
Failed
Each individual check will have their own statuses corresponding with the kind of screening, so only some checks will show as 'passed' or 'failed'. If a candidate has failed any of their checks, it will show as 'Failed' on the check listing.
Passed
In the detail view of the candidate's screening package, you'll be able to see their progress.

Final Review
Once the candidate has completed the candidate form, their screening will show a 'Final Review' status. This mean their screening is being reviewed by our screening team to ensure it meets standards, and that all checks have been fully completed.
Report Published
Once a candidate completes their screening, a report will be compiled for you to download and view.
When the report is published, it will show as a 'Report Published' status, this means the screening report has been reviewed by the screening team and the report is now ready to be downloaded by the account administrator.
Report Downloaded
Once a candidate completes their screening, a report will be compiled for you to download and view. Once the report has been downloaded by the account administrator, the report is available for 60 days, after which the report is removed from the screening portal.
Expired Incomplete
If a screening status says 'Expired Incomplete' it means that the screening report did not meet standard, not all checks were completed or the candidate failed to engage with screening requests. Screening report is no longer available.
Status: Expired Complete
If a screening status says 'Expired Complete' it means that the screening report met the standard required and all checks were completed. This status means that the screening report is no longer available.
