Screening Status Update!

We have made a small change to our screening statuses to provide further clarity on candidate screenings that have expired from our system, and we wanted to make you aware of this change. Please see below a breakdown of our screening statuses and a short description of what they mean.

Final Review – A candidate’s screening report is being reviewed by our screening team to ensure it meets standards, and that all checks have been fully completed.

Report Published – The screening report has been reviewed by the screening team and the report is now ready to be downloaded by the account administrator.

Report downloaded – The screening report has been downloaded by the account administrator. The screening report is now available for 60 days, after which the report is removed from the screening portal.

Expired Complete – Screening report is no longer available. The screening report met the standard required and all checks were completed.

Expired Incomplete – Screening report is no longer available. The screening report did not meet standard, not all checks were completed or candidate failed to engage with screening requests.
