FAQ - I thought I had completed the Online Screening Form but I’m still getting reminder emails, why is this?

If you are receiving reminder emails it usually means that you have not yet completed verifying your ID. Click on the link within the reminder email to bring up your Online Screening Form and ensure you have clicked the ‘Submit data & Verify ID’ button.
