FAQ - I have added all the information but it is still saying there are gaps in my work history?

To comply with BPSS standards it is required that any gaps in employment longer than 3 months are covered with evidence. Therefore, if the online form is highlighting a gap in your activity you will need to add further detail of your status during this period. If applicable, you will also be asked to provide paperwork.

To comply with BS7858 standards it is required that any gaps in employment longer than 31 days are covered with evidence. Therefore, if the online form is highlighting a gap in your activity you will need to add in further detail about your status during this period. Please note, you will be asked to provide paperwork as evidence of any gaps in employment as per the BS7858 standard.
