FAQ - What happens if my passport is out of date?

ID Check

• If you do not have an in-date passport we can still complete your ID check, but it will not go through the digital ID method. Instead, you will be asked for alternative paperwork to confirm your date of birth, nationality, and address.

Right to Work

• You can still use an out of date UK passport for a right to work check, however, your document would need to be verified by your employer, rather than being digitally verified.
