Candidate Form - Driving License Check

You will be asked to add the detail of your driving license within this section of the screening form.

1. Within the box provided enter your driving license number
2. In the next box enter the country in which your driving license was issued
3. In the next part, you will see we require you to follow the link to the DVLA website to obtain a check code. This check code allows us to verify your driving license.
4. Once you have the check code from the DVLA website, insert this into the relevant box within this section of the form
5. If you do not have a driving license click on the box to the right of the page that says ‘I do not have a driving license’.
