Candidate Form - Qualification Check

For this part of the form you need to provide details of your highest qualification.

1. Click on the ‘Add Qualification’ button
2. Within the pop up that appears, select the country in which the institution is located
3. Next, type in the official name of the institution and click ‘Search’
4. Once the institution has been found type in the name of the qualification you obtained
5. Next, type in the date the course started and ended
6. Insert the grade obtained and the level from the dropdown list
7. Add in your student ID number. This is an optional field
8. Insert the classification. This is an optional field
9. Add in any comments. This is an optional field
10. If you have additional qualifications to add, click on the ‘Add qualification’ and repeat the process above

If you do not have any qualifications or you cannot find your institution you will see that there are two tick boxes provided within the form, please select the relevant tick box depending on your situation.
