Candidate Form - International Criminal Record Check

In this section, you will be asked to download a document that you will need to fill in and sign by hand. Once you have completed the form you will need to re-upload it so that the check can be processed using the details provided within the form.

1.      Click on the ‘Download GLB check’ button

2.      Once you have downloaded the form you will find it in your downloads within your device, once this document has been opened you can begin to fill it in. Once filled in you will need to print it off and sign it by hand

3.      When you are ready click on the ‘Choose file’ button to re-upload the completed form
