Right to Work Check - Non UK Nationals

For this part of the form you will be asked to provide details so that a Right to Work check can be conducted.

If you are a non UK National please follow the instructions below

1. Select your nationality from the dropdown list
2. In the next section select ‘Share Code EVisas’ from the dropdown list
3. Click ‘Save’ to move onto the next stage
4. On the next screen you will see a QR code, using your mobile phone use your camera to scan the QR code. Alternatively you can input your mobile number and a text containing a link will be sent to you, click on the link to verify your right to work
5. You will then arrive on a site called ‘TrustID’, where you will see a button that says ‘Get Started’, click on this button to begin verifying your right to work check
6. Next, read the terms and conditions, if you are in agreement click on the ‘I Consent’ button to begin
7. The next page will ask you to read the text provided, click ‘next’
8. The first question that will be asked is ‘Are you a British or Irish National?’, click ‘No’. If you have selected ‘No’ the next page asks you to click either, ‘I have a share code’ or I don’t have a code’. Click on the ‘I have a code’ button
9. Next, input your date of birth and your share code number, once you have done this click ‘continue’
10. The next section will ask you if you are a student, click the applicable answer. If you have selected ‘yes’ you will be asked if you have evidence of term times, click the applicable answer. Please note, you cannot complete your Right to work check if you do not have evidence of your term times. If you select ‘no I don’t evidence’ you will be taken back to the start as you will need to obtain this before continuing with this check
11. Next you will be asked, ‘Does your evidence of term times contain the course holiday and study dates?’ select the applicable answer
    1. If you do have paperwork you will be asked to upload evidence of this
12. Lastly you need to complete a ‘selfie’ to confirm your liveness check, click on the button that says ‘take a selfie’ look at the camera and take a photo of yourself
13. Once you have taken a photo of yourself, click ‘continue’
14. When the photo has been taken successfully the next page will say ‘Thank you, you can now close this window’. Once you have closed the window you need to go back to the Secure Screening Services candidate form, you may need to refresh your browser to show that your right to work check is in progress
