Updates to Our Terms of Service - June 2023

We're always striving to enhance our service and make your life easier. We've noticed that a chunk of our time goes into tracking screenings that may not be needed or when candidates aren't actively participating.

We know some firms might publish reports after just 5 days, regardless of completion. But, that's not us! We're committed to ensuring you get high quality, completed product. However, we do need a way to wrap up screenings, enabling us to fully focus on ones that are ongoing and truly needed.

So, here's our friendly update:

Should a screening start but isn't completed within 90 days due to lack of candidate participation, we'll tuck it into our archives. You'll have a two-week grace period to request it be shifted back to 'in progress'. If it's still incomplete after another two weeks, we'll have to publish it as 'incomplete', and we won't be able to issue a refund.

We typically wrap up most screenings in a few days, so this new process will let us put our energy into speeding up the bulk of the screenings.

We have updated our terms and conditions to reflect the changes.
