Screening Refunds

From the 1st of April 2023, Clients can now get a full refund (or credit against your Invoice if you have a credit account) for screenings you don't use within 30 days from purchase.

If you have a candidate screening that was purchased in the last 30 days, and they haven't yet started their candidate form, you can choose to delete the screening and have the cost refunded if already paid, or the cost deducted from your outstanding invoice.

Please note, if the candidate has signed the consent form a refund cannot be given as the screening has been initiated.
