Secure Screening Services is constantly evolving to better serve both our clients and candidates.
Over the last four years we have been on a mission to improve what screening looks like; constantly investing in technology while growing our staff to ensure that we provide the best product and best customer service.
As part of this ongoing endeavour, we are really pleased to be able to announce that we can now offer automated Digital Identity, including DBS, and all the process improvements, fast turnaround and other benefits that come with this.
As you might expect, this comes at a cost, and we have had to make a slight adjustment in our prices. As part of our ongoing commitment to being up-front and transparent, we wanted to communicate this to you first hand, and hope that you find any changes to be very reasonable.
What are you doing to improve my service?
Behind the scenes we have been working hard to improve the service we offer you. As well as achieving ISO:9001 and ISO:27001 accreditation, we have implemented Digital Right to Work, and are now introducing Digital Identity which also allows us to automate identity verification and DBS checks for candidates with in-date British or Irish passports! As well as investing in technology to improve the effectiveness and timeliness of our screening, we have tripled the number of employees since this time last year to ensure that you can speak promptly with a ‘live’ person when you contact our office. Above all, we recognise that communication is crucial, and we continue to strive to be exceptional at providing the right customer service, every time you need us.
When do the prices change?
Our commitment to doing business with integrity and fairness has not altered. As a result, we want to give you 7 days notice before any price changes take effect. This is to allow you the opportunity to purchase screening at the current price, which we will honour, ahead of any change. Pricing on the portal will be amended on the 26th February 2023.
Can I purchase checks at the current price to use in the future?
You can acquire screening and screening credits up until the pricing changes take effect at our current cost; you do not have to assign these credits to your candidates until you are ready to do so.
- Click on the "Purchase" page on your portal.
- Click on the "Purchase Credits" option in the top right corner.
- Choose the package and the number of screening credits you want to buy.
- Checkout.
Now, your credits are saved on your portal for use whenever you wish!
Our commitment to you.
We have committed to remaining the most reasonable of providers. At first glance some of our competitors may appear cheaper, unfortunately not all providers are equally transparent. When it comes to our service, we pride ourselves on being open and honest, delivering on the checks that you order with no hidden, additional costs such as ‘unforeseen’ employment gap analysis. We will always ensure that our checks are compliant. Additionally, we retain our approach to free registration with no obligation to purchase, and a pay-as-you-screen system.
Coupled to our innovative technology we continue to invest in our expanding workforce in order to ensure that you and your candidates receive the best possible customer service.
What are the new costs?
Actually, our prices remain extremely competitive. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
We also offer international criminal record checks, the cost of which varies from country to country and has increased by £20.00 per check.
