Creating Bespoke Packages

In the 'Packages' section, you can view the packages already available and create a custom screening package to suit your organisation.  

You can create a bespoke package by clicking the 'CREATE BESPOKE PACKAGE' button in the top-right corner. 

This will take you to a new form, where you can name your package and pick the types of checks you'd like, simply by clicking the check box next to the required screening check  

Once you've created your package and saved it, you'll be able to choose it in the dropdown menu when purchasing a new screening. That way, you can tailor your screening to specific candidates or positions. 

Once your package is on the list, you'll be able to delete it by clicking the 'X' button on your bespoke packages. This is only available if the package has not been yet been used. Once a package is used the option to delete it will no longer appear next to that package. 

You can also choose whether or not to display your custom package by toggling the green tick icon. Just click on the icon to turn it on and off. This allows you to only show the current packages you want in the drop down list when purchasing screening, allowing you to hide older packages that may no longer be relevant to you - but were still used to previously screen candidates.

You can view the details of your package, including the check in it,  by clicking the magnifying glass next to it.
