Download Candidate List

If you wish to download a list of all your candidates and their screening, you can do this by exporting a report to Excel. Click the 'Export to Excel' button at the bottom left.

This will automatically download an .xlsx file that you can open in Excel or Numbers, and will show the date the package was purchased plus status, the candidate's details (first name, last name and email address), the date screening started and candidate progress for each part of the screening. This is colour coded so that you can see how far along the screening is, at a glance.
