Searching and Filtering Candidates

To search through your list of candidates, click on the 'Candidates' icon on the left.

This will take you to the full list of your candidates. It will show you the number of packages purchased, those in progress, those passed and those failed. Underneath the progress bar are 'Search By' fields; here you can search by candidate name, filter by the type of package purchased or filter by the candidate screening status.

Search for candidates

To search by candidate name simply input their (legal) first name, surname, or both, into the 'Name' field. This will adjust the list to show the candidates that match your search criteria.

Filter Candidates

To filter the candidate listing by package used, select it via the dropdown menu.

Picking an option will adjust the list to show those candidates on that package.

You can filter by the status of the candidates screening using the 'Status' dropdown. This allows you to filter the candidate list by each stage of the screening process.

Sorting Candidates

You can sort the candidate list by using the sort function in the column headers.  Roll over the column header with you mouse and click it to sort that column..

You can sort by the date the package was purchased, using the 'Purchased' title, and the name of your candidate, using the 'Name' title.

By selecting any of these options it will adjust the list into the relevant order: You can alternate between dates descending or ascending; the candidate's names will be rearranged into alphabetical order, which you'll be able to view as going forwards (A to Z) or backwards (Z to A) by toggling the filter.
