Create / Register an Account

Getting started with us couldn't be easier!

Registration on the Secure Screening Services Portal is free, and requires no payment details up front. Payment is only required when you wish to purchase screening for a candidate.

To Register for an account, click on the 'REGISTER' Button on the top right corner of the securescreeeningservices.com website or click here: https://portal.securescreeningservices.com/register


Fill in the required fields. 

Start by typing your address in the 'Address' field, the system will try to automatically find the correct address as you type.


Your password must be at least 8 characters. Please ensure your password contains at least one of each of the following characters: Uppercase , lowercase, number and special character.


Click the check box to Agree to the Terms and Conditions and click 'Create Account'


You will now be taken directly to our screening portal.

Once you have registered you can begin to create your own bespoke screening package or you can start adding your candidates and choose one of our pre-set packages.

To add your candidates you will need their full legal name and their email address. Your candidates will receive an email from us which will contain a link to our online screening form, once the form is completed and the required information has been provided we can begin to process the checks.

Lastly, when the checks are complete and a final report has been published you can download it from our system. That's it!


With our easy to use screening portal you can track the progress of your candidate's screening by logging in any time. We'll keep you up to date by email too!
